Through conversations, meetings, and observation with key stakeholders, we work to understand goals, priorities, and the vision for the project.
Dream
Once we understand what matters most, we help shape those ideas into clear project goals. This phase is about aligning needs, ambitions, and practical realities.
Assess
We review existing conditions, study comparable spaces, and draw from past experience to evaluate opportunities.
Program
Working collaboratively, we develop a needs analysis, space program, and pre-schematic design package. This becomes the project roadmap.
Launch
From start to finish, the project is led by a principal consultant who remains involved, ensuring your one-of-one project is executed at the highest level.
We work closely with your team to develop a clear Needs Analysis, working Space Program, and Pre-Schematic Design package that will guide all future phases of the project. Drawing on lessons from comparable projects, site visits and/ or reference imagery from relevant performance spaces, and a range of design options, this phase establishes a strong, practical foundation for the work ahead.
Studio B1 prides itself on the personal attention provided to each client and project. The project will be managed by a Principal Consultant, a partner, not only in the firm, but also a partner in your project, from first meeting to last.
